Dr Michael takes helicopter to work

Most of us walk, take a bus, train or drive a car to work, but not Dr Michael! After being stranded for 12hrs at Kathmandu airport after all flights were grounded due to bad weather, Dr Michael found four new friends to commute to work in Lukla with via chartered helicopter!

After stepping off the helicopter in Lukla, Dr Michael was straight into work with the team from Himalayan Animal Rescue Trust (HART). The team set up for a busy day of vaccinating, catching and desexing.
